Cajun Seasoning

This is one of David's all-time favorite seasoning mixes. Great on just about anything. It really gives a flavor kick to things like shrimp and grits, too!


2 1/2 tbs paprika
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme


Mix together and store in an air-tight container. Yield is 2/3 cup
