Dave's Hibachi-Style Stirfry

Low-Carb Friendly!

INGREDIENTS

Teriaki Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. Splenda
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

1 lb. steak, cut into bite-sized pices
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 small zuchini
8 oz. chopped mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup peanut oil
a few pinches Xanthan Gum

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate the steak in the teriaki sauce for one hour

Put the peanut oil in a wok.

Fry the zuchinni 1 minute.
Add the onion and fry 1 more minute.
Add the mushrooms and fry 3 more minutes.
Add 1 tsp. salt.

Drain the marinade into a separate bowl.
Add the meat to the vegetable mixture and stir fry until done.
Add some of the marinade and the Xanthan Gum and cook until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency and serve!
