INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE2 cups plain flour
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING1 stick of butter
Put all of the cake ingredients into a mixing bowl (yes, all together). Mix lightly to blend all ingredients. Pour in a greased floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
For the topping:
Cook the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes, then add coconut. Spoon mixture over the cake while it is still hot!
