2 cups uncooked chicken, cut into thin slivers
I have found that a boneless chicken breast = about a cup of sliced chicken and that if the people you are serving are hungry, you will need at least one chicken breast for each person.)
1 cup thinly sliced caulifower or broccoli
4 green onions, sliced (optional)
1 cup chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons butter or cooking oil
Crepes, if desired
In a large skillet, heat the butter or oil.
Stir in the chicken and the caulifower/broccoli and cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the green onions and the bouillon. Cover and cook several mintues.
Dissolve the cornstarch into the soy sauce. Stir this into the chicken mixture.
Cook, stirring until the mixture thickens.
Fill warm crepes with the mixture, or serve without them.
