Weight Watchers® Points per serving: ?
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
Prepare a Basic Pie Crust:
Blend the four, salt, and butter together in a food processor or with a pastry blender. Add water until all of the flour is moistened.
Divide the dough into two equal portions, and work with one at a time.
Form a smooth ball with the dough, then roll out on floured surface until thin. (This will yield enough for one double-crust pie or 2 pie shells if you used it for a pie.)
For each weiner, cut a rectabgle of crust and wrap it around the weiner.
Place the wrapped weiners on a shallow baking pan with a non-stick surface or one that has been lightly oiled. (Do not crowd.)
Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned, about 12 to 15 minutes.
