9 large potatoes, cut into chunks
6 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Drain and add the other ingredients.
Beat until light and fluffly. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep 2 weeks.
Note: One way of warming is to place in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
