Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This is the ramped up version of my old Parmesan Herb Chicken recipe. No longer low FODMAP, but still fairly low carb, and still with a gluten free option.

To make this gluten free, used crushed gluten free corn flakes. It's what I used the first time I made the recipe, being out of Panko bread crumbs.
