Parmesan Herb Chicken (low FODMAP)

INGREDIENTS

2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts - pounded to about 3/4 inch thickness
2 Tbs butter, melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

* preheat oven to 400 degrees F - grease or spray baking pan
* Mix the dry ingredients together and place in shallow dish
* dip the chicken in the butter, then coat with parmesan mixture.
* Place chicken in baking pan - you may sprinkle remaining ingredients on top
* Bake, uncovered about 20 minutes until chicken is tender and juices run clear
