Rosemary Beef

1 1/2 lb top sirloin choice 0" fat, cut into chunks
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 medium onion


Marinate the meat in the rest of the ingredients (overnight, if possible)

When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and brown lightly. Add the marinade back to the meat and simmer. Add water if the mixture gets dry.

The sauce goes well over mashed potatoes.

Variation: You can use chuck or shoulder roast instead of sirloin, if you are prepared to simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
