Weight Watchers® Points per serving: ?
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Place a layer of the potatoe slices in a buttered microwave dish.
Dot with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat the procedure until all the potatoes have been used.
Cover and Microwave at 700 watts for 5 mintues. Stir, and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat the process until the potatoes are fork tender.
